Bassel Khreiss
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Bassel Khreiss has spent over 15 years delivering results in business strategy, market research, business development, governance, risk, and compliance — advising multinationals and SMEs across retail, F&B, manufacturing, power, oil & gas, and government sectors throughout MENA and Europe. Trained at Deloitte, he built a track record of leading on-the-ground consulting missions in Lebanon, France, Iraq, Egypt, Kuwait, and Cyprus, navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments to deliver outcomes clients could act on.
That combination — Big Four rigor paired with an entrepreneur’s execution mindset — is what led him to co-found Paramedium, where he now gives clients what larger firms rarely offer: strategic thinking, deep sector expertise, and hands-on commitment to getting the work done.
